Spam Filter Settings¶
Spam threshold¶
Mark as Spam messages with a score above this threshold.
A number. Default: 5. Name in the API: scoreSpam.
Discard threshold¶
Discard messages with a score above this threshold.
A number. Default: 0. Name in the API: scoreDiscard.
Reject threshold¶
Reject messages with a score above this threshold.
A number. Default: 0. Name in the API: scoreReject.
Enable spam filtering¶
Whether to enable the spam filter.
On or off. Default: On. Name in the API: enable.
Spam Filter Overrides¶
Do not classify emails from contacts as spam¶
Never classify messages as spam if they are sent from addresses present in the user's address book.
On or off. Default: On. Name in the API: trustContacts.
Do not classify trusted email replies as spam¶
Never classify messages as spam if they are replies to messages sent by the recipient.
On or off. Default: On. Name in the API: trustReplies.
Greylisting¶
Duration¶
Time to keep an IP address in the grey list. The grey list is used to delay messages from unknown senders.
A length of time. Name in the API: greylistFor.
External Rules¶
Rules URL¶
URL to download spam filter rules from. Empty uses the rules bundled with the server.
An address (URL). Name in the API: spamFilterRulesUrl.
