Pyzor

In the console: Settings › Spam Filter › Pyzor

Checks messages against Pyzor’s shared list of known spam, using a fingerprint rather than the message.

Pyzor Settings

Hostname

The hostname of the Pyzor server.

Text. Default: public.pyzor.org. Name in the API: host.

Port

The port to connect to the Pyzor server.

A number. Default: 24441. Name in the API: port.

Timeout

The timeout for the Pyzor server. If the server does not respond within this time, the check is considered failed.

A length of time. Default: 5s. Name in the API: timeout.

Enable Pyzor classifier

Whether to enable the Pyzor classifier. Pyzor is a collaborative, networked system to detect and report spam.

On or off. Default: On. Name in the API: enable.

Classification

Block Count

The number of times the hash appears in the Pyzor blocklist.

A number. Default: 5. Name in the API: blockCount.

Allow Count

The number of times the hash appears in the Pyzor allowlist.

A number. Default: 10. Name in the API: allowCount.

Ratio

The ratio of the number of times the hash appears in the Pyzor allowlist to the blocklist.

A number. Default: 0.2. Name in the API: ratio.
