Virtual Queues¶

In the console: Settings › MTA › Outbound › Virtual Queues

Separate lanes in the outgoing queue, so one busy destination or kind of mail doesn’t hold up the rest.

Virtual Queue¶

Unique identifier for the queue, max 8 characters.

Text. Set when it’s created; can’t be changed afterwards. Name in the API: name.

A short description of the queue, which can be used to identify it in the list of queues.

Text. Name in the API: description.

Maximum number of threads to use for delivery on each node in the cluster.

A number. Default: 25. Name in the API: threadsPerNode.
