Configures JMAP protocol limits for requests, uploads, and push notifications.

Changes max results

Determines the maximum number of change objects that a Changes method can return.

A number. Default: 5000. Name in the API: changesMaxResults.

Event source throttle

Specifies the minimum time between two event source notifications.

A length of time. Default: 1s. Name in the API: eventSourceThrottle.

Get max results

Determines the maximum number of objects that can be fetched in a single method call.

A number. Default: 500. Name in the API: getMaxResults.

Max concurrent requests

Restricts the number of concurrent requests a user can make to the JMAP server.

A number. Default: 4. Name in the API: maxConcurrentRequests.

Max concurrent uploads

Restricts the number of concurrent file uploads a user can perform.

A number. Default: 4. Name in the API: maxConcurrentUploads.

Max method calls

Limits the maximum number of method calls that can be included in a single request.

A number. Default: 16. Name in the API: maxMethodCalls.

Max push size

Maximum size in bytes for a Web Push notification payload; EmailPush objects are truncated to fit within this limit.

A number. Default: 4096. Name in the API: maxPushSize.

Max request size

Defines the maximum size of a single request, in bytes, that the server will accept.

A size in bytes (KB, MB and GB are accepted). Default: 9.54 MB. Name in the API: maxRequestSize.

Max subscriptions

The default maximum number of push subscriptions a user can create.

A number. Default: 15. Name in the API: maxSubscriptions.

Max upload count

Specifies the maximum number of files that a user can upload within a certain period.

A number. Default: 1000. Name in the API: maxUploadCount.

Max upload size

Defines the maximum file size for file uploads to the server.

A number. Default: 50000000. Name in the API: maxUploadSize.

Parse limit contact

Limits the maximum number of vCard items that can be parsed in a single request.

A number. Default: 10. Name in the API: parseLimitContact.

Parse limit email

Limits the maximum number of e-mail message that can be parsed in a single request.

A number. Default: 10. Name in the API: parseLimitEmail.

Parse limit event

Limits the maximum number of iCalendar items that can be parsed in a single request.

A number. Default: 10. Name in the API: parseLimitEvent.

Push attempt wait

Time to wait between push attempts.

A length of time. Default: 1m. Name in the API: pushAttemptWait.

Push max attempts

Maximum number of push attempts before a notification is discarded.

A number. Default: 3. Name in the API: pushMaxAttempts.

Push request timeout

Time before a connection with a push service URL times out.

A length of time. Default: 10s. Name in the API: pushRequestTimeout.

Push retry wait

Time to wait between retry attempts.

A length of time. Default: 1s. Name in the API: pushRetryWait.

Push shards total

Total number of shards for push notification processing across multiple nodes.

A number. Default: 1. Name in the API: pushShardsTotal.

Push throttle

Time to wait before sending a new request to the push service.

A length of time. Default: 1s. Name in the API: pushThrottle.

Push verify timeout

Time to wait for the push service to verify a subscription.

A length of time. Default: 1m. Name in the API: pushVerifyTimeout.

Query max results

Sets the maximum number of results that a Query method can return.

A number. Default: 5000. Name in the API: queryMaxResults.

Set max objects

Establishes the maximum number of objects that can be modified in a single method call.

A number. Default: 500. Name in the API: setMaxObjects.

Snippet max results

Maximum number of search snippets to return in a single request.

A number. Default: 100. Name in the API: snippetMaxResults.

Upload quota

Defines the total size of files that a user can upload within a certain period.

A number. Default: 50000000. Name in the API: uploadQuota.

Upload TTL

Specifies the Time-To-Live (TTL) for each uploaded file, after which the file is deleted from temporary storage. Set a long duration to effectively keep uploads until they are referenced.

A length of time. Default: 1h. Name in the API: uploadTtl.

Web push contact

Optional contact URI (a mailto: or https: address) included as the sub claim of VAPID tokens so that push services can reach the server operator. Leave empty to omit the claim.

Text. Name in the API: webPushContact.

Web push key

ECDSA P-256 private key (PKCS#8 PEM) used to sign VAPID (RFC 8292) authentication tokens for Web Push.

Settings of their own: see Secret text optional. Name in the API: webPushKey.

Websocket heartbeat

Time to wait before sending a new heartbeat to the WebSocket client.

A length of time. Default: 1m. Name in the API: websocketHeartbeat.

Websocket throttle

Amount of time to wait before sending a batch of notifications to a WS client.

A length of time. Default: 1s. Name in the API: websocketThrottle.

Websocket timeout

Time before an inactive WebSocket connection times out.

A length of time. Default: 10m. Name in the API: websocketTimeout.
