HTTP Lists

In the console: Settings › Lookups › HTTP Lists

Lists fetched from the web, like public lists of spam domains, kept up to date for filters and rules.

HTTP List Settings

Namespace

Unique identifier for this store when used in lookups.

Text. Set when it’s created; can’t be changed afterwards. Name in the API: namespace.

Format

Format of the list.

Settings of their own: see HTTP lookup format. Name in the API: format.

URL

URL of the list.

An address (URL). Name in the API: url.

Gzipped

Whether to use gzip compression when downloading the list.

On or off. Name in the API: isGzipped.

Enable list

Whether to enable this HTTP list.

On or off. Default: On. Name in the API: enable.

Configuration

Retry

How long to wait before retrying to download the list in case of failure.

A length of time. Default: 1h. Name in the API: retry.

Refresh

How often to refresh the list.

A length of time. Default: 12h. Name in the API: refresh.

Timeout

How long to wait for the list to download before timing out.

A length of time. Default: 30s. Name in the API: timeout.

Limits

Size

Maximum size of the list. The list is truncated if it exceeds this size.

A size in bytes (KB, MB and GB are accepted). Default: 100 MB. Name in the API: maxSize.

Max entries

Maximum number of entries allowed in the list. The list is truncated if it exceeds this limit.

A number. Default: 100000. Name in the API: maxEntries.

Entry length

Maximum length of an entry in the list.

A size in bytes (KB, MB and GB are accepted). Default: 512 B. Name in the API: maxEntrySize.
